Air-fried Spiced Zucchini Fries with Lemon Aioli
These air-fried spiced zucchini fries are a crunchy, flavorful snack that pair perfectly with Maazah Lemon Aioli. Coated in a blend of chickpea flour and aromatic spices, they’re perfectly crisped in the air fryer for a healthier, yet satisfying bite. Serve them hot with the Maazah Lemon Aioli for dipping!

Ingredients
- Maazah Lemon Aioli
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Egg
- Chickpea flour
- Salt, coriander, cumin, tumeric, red chili flakes
- Avocado Oil
Directions
Step 1
Cut zucchini into thinly sliced strips.
Step 2
In small bowl, crack and whisk egg.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine chickpea flour with all the spices.
Step 4
Dip zucchini strips in egg, then fully coat in dry mixture.
Step 5
Add coated zucchini strips to air fryer basket. Lightly spray with avocado oil.
Step 6
Air fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Flip and air fry for another 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7
Serve immediately with a side of Maazah Lemon Aioli for dipping.
