Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 lb store-bought or homemade pizza dough
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- ½ cup Castelvetrano olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup arugula
- 3-4 tablespoons Maazah Cilantro Chutney (for drizzling)
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or the highest setting if using a pizza stone.
Step 2
If using store-bought dough, follow the package instructions to allow it to rise. If making homemade dough, prepare it ahead of time and let it rise until doubled in size.
Step 3
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape (circle or rectangle) to about ¼ inch thick. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Step 4
Drizzle a little olive oil over the rolled-out dough and spread it evenly with your fingers or a brush.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese over the base. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, quartered artichokes, and sliced olives on top of the cheese.
Step 6
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Step 7
Once the pizza is out of the oven, scatter fresh basil leaves and arugula over the top. Drizzle with Maazah Cilantro Chutney for a zesty finish.
Step 8
Slice the pizza and serve hot, with extra Cilantro Chutney on the side for dipping if desired.
