Mango Chili Wings

These Mango Chili Chicken Wings are bursting with bold flavors, thanks to a perfect blend of spices and a sweet-spicy kick from Maazah Mango Chutney. Crispy air-fried wings are tossed in a buttery chutney glaze for a savory, zesty bite. Serve them hot for a perfect game day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Maazah Mango Chutney
  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • Wing mixture
    • 1 tsp salt
      ½ tsp black pepper
      1.5 tsp cumin powder
      1.5 tsp garam masala
      1.5 tsp tumeric powder
      ½ tsp ginger powder
      1 tsp baking powder
      ¼ cup corn starch
  • 1-2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

Step 1
Combine all spices with corn starch.

Step 2
Coat wings with corn starch spice mix.

Step 3
Place coated wings into an oiled air fryer tray. Air fry at 350° for 10 minutes on each side.

Step 4
In large saucepan, melt butter and stir in ½ cup of Maazah Mango Chutney. Stir to combine.

Step 5
Toss the cooked wings in Mango Chutney butter mixture. Garnish with fresh parsley.
