Smashed Potatoes with Lemon Aioli

Ingredients
- Maazah Lemon Aioli
- 2 lbs small yukon potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender and fork can easily pierce.
Step 2
Dry potatoes. On a sheet pan smash potatoes with the back of fork. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 3
Drizzle Maazah Lemon Aioli on top and serve immediately.
